== Method == * On a clean work surface, pour the flour and make a well in the center. * Crack the egg into the well. * Using a fork, gradually incorporate the flour into the egg until a dough forms. * Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. * Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. * After resting, roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut it into your preferred pasta shape. * Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 2-4 minutes until al dente.
