This recipe is for one serving.
Ingredients[edit]
100g (3.5 oz) 00 or all-purpose flour 1 large egg Salt
Method[edit]
- On a clean work surface, pour the flour and make a well in the center.
- Crack the egg into the well.
- Using a fork, gradually incorporate the flour into the egg until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- After resting, roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut it into your preferred pasta shape.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 2-4 minutes until al dente.
